PUSH is incredibly happy to announce that Edwin Andino, a PUSH leader and YouthBuild worker has recently been accepted into the Local 22 Plumber's Union as an apprentice and will start working right away.
Edwin was able to secure the apprenticeship thanks to his hard work and the training he received at PUSH's 'Net Zero House' at 10 Winter St.
In addition to all of his work at 10 Winter Street, Edwin also is a leader in PUSH, NPA, and Green For All's campaign to Green the CRA.
He recently told his powerful story about the problems he sees on a daily basis and the need for jobs in his neighborhood at a convening around greening the CRA with banks, regulators, and elected officials in attendance.
