Green For All is dedicated to improving the lives of all Americans through a clean energy economy. We work in collaboration with the business, government, labor, and grassroots communities to increase quality jobs and opportunities in the green industry – all while holding the most vulnerable people at the center of our agenda.
National People’s Action (NPA)
National People's Action (NPA) is a network of grassroots organizations with a fierce reputation for direct action from across the country that work to advance a national economic and racial justice agenda. NPA has more than 200 organizers working to unite everyday people in cities, towns and rural communities throughout the United States through direct-action, house meetings and community organizing.
ArtPlace America (ArtPlace) is a ten-year collaboration among a number of foundations, federal agencies, and financial institutions that works to position arts and culture as a core sector of comprehensive community planning and development in order to help strengthen the social, physical, and economic fabric of communities.
The Chorus Foundation works for a just transition to a regenerative economy in the United States. We support communities on the front lines of the old, extractive economy to build new bases of political, economic, and cultural power for systemic change.
Massachusetts Avenue Project (MAP)
The mission of the Massachusetts Avenue Project is to nurture the growth of a diverse and equitable local food system and promote local economic opportunities, access to affordable, nutritious food and social change education.
Coalition for Economic Justice
The Coalition for Economic Justice (CEJ) is a coalition of labor, faith, community, academic and student organizations and individual leaders, who work to engage community members in a collective action to create good jobs, strong, sustainable communities, and economic justice opportunities for all. CEJ was formed in 1986 when religious and labor leaders organized a campaign to stop manufacturing jobs from being outsourced to Mexico by the Trico corporation.
Partnership for the Public Good
The Partnership for the Public Good provides research and advocacy support to a broad array of partners that share a community-oriented vision of a revitalized Buffalo-Niagara. We help community groups have a stronger and better informed voice in public policy debates, build on assets such as diversity, neighborhoods and natural resources, as well as help partners make progress on problems pertaining to poverty and pollution.
VOICE-Buffalo hopes to become a “voice for the voiceless” by working to build a strong capacity of people to act on their concerns and to create a culture of responsibility and accountability for the things that take place in their neighborhoods.
It is a civic initiative to make major, long-term improvements in justice and equity in the City of Buffalo. It is an unprecedented collaboration among a diverse group of partners and allies.
West Side Housing
Westside Housing Organization, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit corporation founded in 1973 by neighborhood residents who wanted the City to improve the physical conditions of their neighborhood and save houses from being torn down for highway construction.
