The Partnership for the Public Good released a new report on inclusionary zoning in the city of Buffalo NY. Inclusuionary zoning in a basic sense is a method of incorporating or integrating practices in community, and housing development that ensure that whatever is being developed in a community, like new housing, parks, and other amenities can be afforded by people of diverse economic statuses.
