Lou joined the PUSH Green team as their first Program Assistant nearly six years ago, after joining the Weatherization Assistance Program Outreach Team in 2012. Here, she has helped design and implement customer outreach strategies and assist EmPower+ customers. In the following years, she pivoted into her current role as Community Energy Program Manager and is diving deeper into outreach and education to drive the clean energy transition for Disadvantaged communities across Western New York. This role includes presentations on energy efficiency and clean energy for schools, community-based organizations, faith-based institutions, the wellness community, and more.
