Phoebe earned a B.S. in Finance and Economics from SUNY Buffalo State, where she focused her studies on the effects of different economic systems on people and the environment, and the economic benefits of regenerative and community-supported agriculture at the local level. As Residential Community Energy Advisor at PUSH Green, Phoebe uses outreach and education to bridge the gap between people’s needs and the clean energy transition, by decreasing carbon emissions, reducing utility bills, and improving comfort for low- and middle-income tenants and homeowners in WNY.
